Submitting an Offline Transactions Batch for Authorization

This section describes how to submit an offline transactions batch for authorization. Before switching back to performing online sale transactions, you must submit your offline transactions for authorization. The recommendation is to submit the batch as soon as internet connectivity is available.

Follow these steps to submit an offline transactions batch for authorization:

On the PAX terminal, open the Acceptance Devices app.

Tap

Settings

.

Enter the passcode that you created when setting up the PAX terminal.

In the Settings menu, tap

Offline Mode

. The Offline Mode screen appears.

Tap

Submit Batch

. A Batch submitted
confirmation message appears.

Tap the Back navigation arrow to return to the home screen.

You can now disable Offline mode and resume performing online transactions. For more information, see Disabling Offline Mode for Offline Sale or Refund.
