- SuiteApp version. Go to. ClickVisa Acceptance SolutionsIntegration> SuiteApp ConfigurationSuiteApp Configuration. Find the version on the page footer.
- Export and share the logs. Go to. The Execution Logs file is now downloaded in your local system. Include the date and time that the issue occurred while sharing the logs.Visa Acceptance SolutionsIntegration > SuiteApp Configuration > SuiteApp Configuration > Export Logs
- Business Centermerchant ID.
- Oracle NetSuitetransaction ID,Business Centerrequest ID.
- Payment event screenshots with raw request and raw response visible.

- Reporting set up screenshots (if applicable)
- Summary of the issue.
