Configuring Invoicing

The Visa Acceptance Solutions invoicing feature enables you to create invoices and share them with your customers. You can manage invoices and import existing invoices within Oracle NetSuite.

If an invoice is created in Oracle NetSuite, Visa Acceptance Solutions recommends that you make all of the updates to that transaction on Oracle NetSuite and have the feature update the corresponding invoice in Business Center. If an invoice is created in the Business Center and imported into Oracle NetSuite, Visa Acceptance Solutions recommends that all updates to that transaction should be done on the Business Center and have the feature update the corresponding invoice in Oracle NetSuite.
