Add Card Processing with `Elavon Americas` to an Organization

Follow these steps to enable card processing with Elavon Americas:

Search for the organization on the Manage Merchant page.

Find the organization in the Search Results table, and click the eyeball icon. The Merchant Details page appears.

In the Products section, click

+ Add Products

. The Add a Product page appears.

Under Payments, select Card Processing. Click

Add

. The Configure Card Processing page appears.

If you would like to add a new payment processor, click

Add and remove processors

. The Manage Processors page appears.

In the Processor Name drop-down menu, select the processor you want to add and click

+ Add

. Click Update to save your processor configuration.

Under Accepted Card Types, check the box next to each card type you want to accept.

You must select at least one of these payment types:

American Express

CUP

Diners Club

Discover

JCB

Mastercard

Visa

Under Accepted Currencies, select your accepted currencies and enter the terminal ID for each currency.

You must select at least one of these currencies:

CAD (Canadian Dollar)

USD (US Dollar)

Configure your extended settings.

You must include this required information in the extended settings configuration:

Merchant ID

Configure your common settings. You must include the merchant category code (MCC) in the common settings configuration.

Click

Save

to save your card processing configuration.
