Modify an `American Express Direct` Card Processing Configuration for an Organization

Follow these steps to enable card processing with American Express Direct:

Search for the organization on the Manage Merchant page.

Find the organization in the Search Results table, and click the eyeball icon. The Merchant Details page appears.

Under Products, click

Modify

next to Card Processing. The Card Processing page appears.

Select the American Express Direct processor tab. The American Express Direct card processing page appears.

Under Accepted Card Types, check the box next to each card type you want to accept.

You must select at least one of these payment types:

American Express

JCB

Under Accepted Currencies, select your accepted currencies and enter a valid Service Establishment (SE) number for each currency. You must select at least one currency.
