The indicator for how the card information was acquired for creating the token.  
Possible values:

* `ISSUER`: Card information was submitted by an issuing bank.
* `ONFILE`: Card information was submitted by a PAN.
* `TOKEN`: Card information was submitted by a tokenized card.
